Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 January 1981) is an American political commentator. She was previously a presidential hopeful, as a host of American television at MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, former host and co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagarenjeti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they were leaving the show in order to start their own project called Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is a co-host along with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has been a guest on Fox News, CNN, Fox News, Fox News, Fox News, as and programs such as Real Time With Bill Maher. Ball got married to Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball attributes her further political interest due to her experience as pregnant during the 2008 primaries and also watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able to see how the outcome affected people living in Jordan and she was able to appreciate the impact that US politics has on everyone around the globe. She was a Senior Fellow member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district in the election of 2010, but lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. She was the host of The Cycle, a MSNBC television show that she co-hosted from June 2012 until August 2015. She founded the People's House Project in May 2017 to promote Democratic causes.
